Return of the Dragon Martial Arts had built a solid local reputation through word-of-mouth, student loyalty, and powerful in-person instruction. But digitally, they were underrepresented. Their website lacked functionality, design consistency, and a clear path for future growth.
They needed more than just a website refresh — they needed a complete digital transformation to match their legacy, professionalism, and ambition.
From the very first discovery call with Sifu Zack, it was clear this project needed to go deep — not just in function, but in philosophy.
At Tecticx, we approached the project as a brand partner, not just a tech vendor. We spent time understanding Return of the Dragon’s values, audience, and aspirations. Our team aligned closely with their mission: to bring discipline, strength, and purpose into people’s lives — and now, into their digital experience too.
This was a full-circle project, from UX to storytelling, eCommerce to integration.
We built a fully functional WooCommerce-powered online store, enabling Return of the Dragon to sell uniforms, gear, and branded apparel.
To simplify secure payments, we integrated Stripe into the store and booking system.
The dojo was already using GloFox for class schedules, membership management, and attendance. Instead of replacing it, we embedded and branded it to create a seamless user experience.
We implemented a dedicated free trial class booking form, making it easy for newcomers to take the first step.
We didn’t just build the website — we >crafted the voice, the visuals, and the story.
Every instructor at Return of the Dragon now has their own dedicated page, showcasing:
This adds personalization, builds trust, and allows students to choose the right mentorbefore they ever step into the dojo.
Instead of listing generic class names, we created detailed pages for each discipline offered — helping visitors understand what to expect, how each martial art differs, and which one fits their goals.
Each class page includes:
To unify their community across platforms, we added dynamic social elements:
The new platform has empowered Return of the Dragon to showcase their legacy, engage new students, and operate more efficiently. In just weeks, they began receiving positive feedback, new inquiries, and eCommerce activity — all driven by their newly built digital foundation.
“You didn’t just do the job — you brought heart into it.”
